Buckley Voorhees is a character in the Netflix original series, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. He is Jacqueline’s youngest child and Xanthippe's half-brother. He used to be tutored by Charles, Kimmy's ex-love-interest.
Personality[]
Buckley is mostly ignored by his mother, is forced to go to hard schools, and his opinions usually are not heard; this results in his sneaky attitude, which includes stealing things from stores to rebel.
Biography[]
Buckley was first seen stealing an item on the sidewalk, which was seen by Kimmy. To avoid getting caught, he started screaming, “Stranger danger!” and ran away. However, he is later seen stealing candy from the candy store. He once again tries to use his phrase to escape punishment, but Kimmy forces him to tell her where he lives and marches his home to tell his mom, who doesn’t even care.
On his ninth birthday, Buckley wants a super-villain birthday party, but his mom changes it to a superhero party so it looks more appropriate. Once Kimmy helps rearrange it, Buckley tells her it was the best birthday he’s ever had, releasing tension between to two onward.
As he got older, Jacqueline paid for Buckley to have Minecraft sheep surgery. She paid Rick Singer to get Buckley into the University of Southern California as an aspiring pilot. He didn't take the flying lessons he was signed up for because he didn't want to go.
